I found this plant!
Dwarf Wire-lily
Laxmannia orientalis

This tiny aerial-rooted, tufted herb is found in Coastal Heathland along the Jan Juc cliff top. It is in fact an unusual lily with 13 species in the genus; all endemic to Australia and just L. orientalis occurring in this area. The species name orientalis means eastern referring to its distribution in south-eastern Australia including Tasmania; the majority of other species being confined to Western Australia.
Leaves are dark green, fine, linear and scattered along fine, wiry stems.
Flowers are white, surrounded by membranous bracts, held on nodding flower stems in clusters amongst the leaves.
The main feature of this plant are its fascinating aerial roots which grow from above ground nodes and appear to hold the plant in suspension above the ground.
